A leaking Versadisc Diverter shower mixer could be caused by a failed cartridge (sometimes this happens if the pressure is too high) or a damaged sub-cartridge. If the leak is coming from the diverter handle, this could be a failed cartridge.
Please get a plumber to check the cartridges and the sub-cartridge for damage and replace both if necessary. Ensure when upgrading or changing the sub-cartridge that the back seal is removed as this tends to stick to the brass body.

- If its leaking from the diverter knob: If the leak is coming from the diverter handle, this could be a failed cartridge.
- If its leaking from the barrel/faceplate: If the Versadisc Diverter shower mixer is leaking from the barrel/faceplate, this might be caused by a broken seal.

A stiff handle is often caused by a stiff cartridge. Please get your plumber to replace the cartridge.

The Versadisc Diverter shower mixer came with a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The anti-scald may not be set correctly. Please get your plumber to check this in the first instance. If you are on equal pressure (green sub-cartridge) please get your plumber to check that the filters aren’t blocked.
