The Smartflow shower mixer has a 60mm diameter barrel and has 2x handles, one inside the other. One is for temperature control (inner) and one for flow control (outer).

A leaking shower mixer could be caused by a failed cartridge. With thermostatic cartridges they have wax inside which can lose its properties over time and cause the cartridge to seize up. If this happens it will need to be replaced.

The splines on the cartridge may be damaged. Please get your plumber to replace the cartridge.
The Smartflow shower mixer was sold from 2009 – 2015, with a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase.
