When the mixer is set to ‘off’ there will be water in the plumbing and the shower system that needs to drain out.
Under some circumstances it may take some time for this draining to cease and this may be exacerbated if you have a low-aperture showerhead or limescale build-up as it may take time (up to a minute or so) if water becomes air-locked in the system.
1. Remove the showerhead. If the leaking continues this might indicate an issue with the mixer and you may consider replacing it with a new one.
2. If dripping when turned ‘off’, inspect the rotor and seals for damage.
3. If the leaking stops, then this might indicate an issue with the showerhead. Start with cleaning the showerhead and replacing the seals. If cleaning doesn’t solve this issue then it may need to be replaced. You can see the spare parts here.
If the leak doesn’t stop, follow the Feltonmix General Guide here.
Remove the showerhead and the handle. If the leaking continues this might indicate an issue with the mixer and you may consider replacing it with a new one.
